Due to the handwork and vision of ARC’s Executive Team and Mr. Norman Horne, today, ARC Manufacturing is one of the top manufacturers in Jamaica. ARC consistently produces high quality building materials. Continuing on this path, the company now seeks to launch into new markets globally, with an emphasis in the Caribbean, Latin America and North America.
Our Deputy Managing Director is the next highest-ranking executive in our company. Mrs. Charlotte Horne-Hayles is primarily responsible for making major corporate decisions. She manages the overall operations and resources of ARC Manufacturing, while acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations. Throughout the years, she has worked hard to set strategy and direction, model and set the company’s culture, build and lead the senior executive team as well as allocating capital to the company’s top priorities.
General Manager, Novlet Deans oversees several departments including Finance, Administration, and Human Resource. Her extensive experience, skills and abilities are well suited to the continued success of all departmental processes and workforce satisfaction.
The Properties & Compliance department is an integral part of the organisation. It ensures that ARC Manufacturing is always compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This responsibility rests with Mr. Sholton Brown, Assistant Vice President of Property & Compliance.
Our Assistant Vice President of Security, Mr. Lackie Horne identifies and effectively mitigates or manages, at an early stage, any developments that may threaten the resilience and continued survival of ARC Manufacturing. Being a large manufacturer of building materials, this role is integral to the Executive Team. He oversees and manages the close coordination of all functions within the company that are concerned with security, continuity and safety.
